We are a small, independent web design and development studio who specialise in modern, stylish websites created to clients' specifications.
Websites can typically cost anywhere from £500 - £4,000. If you know the type of site that you are after, please visit our packages page for a better idea. All prices include 1 year of hosting, and all of our charges will be made clear up front with no hidden costs and no sharp increases in future. We'll also quote for work not specifically listed on our site - just get in touch!
Our sites are created using technology appropriate to the site's design, and are thoroughly tested using the Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and Opera browsers. Depending on the type of content and your specific requirements, we may create your site entirely from scratch, or use an existing Content Management System as a starting point.
Hosting refers to the physical location of your website. Sites need to be stored on a real computer somewhere, referred to as a server. When a user types your address into their browser or clicks on a link from somewhere else, a request is sent to your site's host and the data which makes up the site is sent back over the internet. Our hosting is provided with 1&1, one of the world's biggest and most reliable web hosts.
Not usually. You can carry on with your existing host if moving away is a problem, however we prefer to host on our own servers as it is easier to support and apply important patches and security updates. CMS and eCommerce sites will usually need to be hosted by us due to their specialist requirements. Moving your hosting to us is a very straightforward process and shouldn't incur any charges from your existing web hosts.
As well as our core business of CMS and eCommerce sites, we can also tackle bespoke development work, web-based CRM (Customer Relations Management) systems, graphic design, online marketing, and many other tasks which can help you or your company fully utilise the power of the web.
